Public participation is a central component of the Urban Ring Phase 2 RDEIR/DEIS process. The project team relies upon the knowledge and input of residents and stakeholders to help us understand local conditions, needs and desires. The best project proposals will be the ones that best reflect local needs, balance differing priorities, and can gain the broadest and strongest support of residents and stakeholders in the corridor. We hope that you will participate actively in our meetings and through this website.
